Serving Suggestions
This saad easily serves 6 and is best served chilled. A simple idea is to keep the platter on a tray of ice so that it remains chill all through out the time.
You may want to double or even halve the recipe as per your requirement.
If you are planning to make ahead, the best suggestion would be peel the lychee, longan, and orangutan ahead of time since that is time consuming. Apples, pears, and bananas change color and hence it is best to cut them before arranging the platter. However, the dressing could be made ahead and refrigerated.
Storage
Any leftovers can be stored in the refrigerator for one to two days. Since creamcheese lychee dressing contains milk product, it is best to keep it chilled always while serving and keeping it refrigerated is a great idea.
